All software development projects are subject to individual Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) which supersede these general website terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
